Homelessness, Public Space and Civil Disobedience

This paper argues that anti-social behaviour, in the context of homelessness, ought to be seen as acts civil disobedience. Firstly, I identify public space a hostile for people experiencing homelessness. Secondly, detail how this reveals default interpretation them through their mere presence. Thirdly, explore de-politicises. go onto define and examine disobedience theory, counter narrative behaviour. then argue disruption by homelessness can qualify acknowledge wicked problem but claim flipping framing way has normative gain, undoing de-politicising othering behaviour narratives have caused.
